Key Responsibilities Prepare and send quotations to customers.

Efficiently handle and manage India MART inquiries and leads.

Maintain basic accounting records and perform day-to-day accounting tasks.

Prepare invoices and bills for customers.

Enter and maintain purchase orders (POs) accurately.

Coordinate with suppliers by placing purchase orders for different product categories based on customer requirements.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

Coordinate with the delivery team and colleagues to ensure smooth and on-time dispatch of materials.

Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and customer communications.

Support the sales and operations team with administrative work.
