Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities from invoicing to collections and reconciliation.
Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations.
Track incoming payments and ensure timely posting in the accounting system.
Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up proactively for overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare ageing reports and share periodic collection status updates with management.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing issues or disputes.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, adjustments, and credit/debit notes.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
Assist in forecasting cash flows based on collection trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the AR function.
