Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support VNEXORA's hospitality and commercial real estate operations. The role requires regular site visits, property surveys, owner coordination, data management, and assisting in business development activities. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and survey hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, and hospitality assets in and around Varanasi.
Collect accurate property information, photographs, measurements, ownership details, and commercial data.
Build and maintain a well-organized property database and market intelligence reports.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between property owners and VNEXORA's management team.
Develop and maintain skilled relationships with property owners, brokers,



and local stakeholders.
Conduct preliminary property assessments and submit detailed site visit reports.
Follow up with property owners regarding proposals, documentation, and meeting schedules.
Assist in property acquisition, leasing, management contract, and transaction processes.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and CRM/database updates.

Desired Candidate

Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Hospitality, Business, or Marketing preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
Familiarity with the Varanasi real estate and hospitality market will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
