Role & responsibilities
Minimum 6 - 12 Years of Experience in Commercial real estate project.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Manage all commercial activities for assigned real estate construction projects.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project budgets, and cash flow projections.
Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Handle contract administration, tendering, and procurement activities
