Key Responsibilities
Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions.
Collaborate closely with the team on design execution and project delivery.
Visit project sites whenever required and ensure design intent is maintained.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction details.
Solid communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be willing to relocate to Gurugram if required.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
