Estimation & Quantity Surveying
Prepare detailed quantity estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
Analyze project drawings and specifications for accurate cost estimation.
Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons for materials and subcontractors.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for budgeting and cost control.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Assist in preparation of project budgets and tender documents.
Billing & Measurement
Preparation and verification of contractor RA bills and final bills.
Preparation of client bills as per work progress and contract terms.
Site measurement and verification of executed quantities.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements.
Ensure timely certification and processing of bills.
Track work progress against billed quantities.
Preparation of variation statements and extra item calculations.
Cost Control & Documentation
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving prospects.
Maintain project billing MIS and cost reports.
Coordinate with accounts department for payment processing.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, bills, approvals, and correspondence.
Required Qualifications
High Rise Building Experience is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in estimation and billing for real estate or construction projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of quantity surveying and billing procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/ERP software.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project costing.
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
