Role & Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS dashboards.
Analyze project performance, track key milestones, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with site execution teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor resource deployment and productivity to optimize project execution.
Track project delays, perform delay analysis, and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
Prepare project planning presentations, S-curves, progress charts,



and other project control reports.
Maintain project planning records, documentation, and schedule revisions in compliance with project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
5 to 10 years of experience in Highway / Road / Infra projects
Solid knowledge of Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Monitoring, and Project Controls.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project), Advanced Excel, and SAP.
Familiarity with project execution methodologies, resource planning, and progress measurement.
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
