Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, monitoring expenses, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. The role will support the preparation of financial statements, tax-related documentation, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data for budgeting, reporting, and decision-making,



and will help implement and maintain controls to ensure data accuracy.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mohali.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.

Ability to perform account reconciliations, manage payables and receivables, and support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and solid organizational and time management skills.

Understanding of taxation concepts, compliance requirements, and relevant local regulations (experience with Indian tax laws is an advantage).

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are a plus.

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or services environment.
