Role Responsibilities
Assist in building, validating, and deploying supervised ML models for clinical risk prediction, patient triaging, and diagnostic support under senior AI leads.
Preprocess and clean structured/unstructured healthcare datasets (EHRs, lab reports, radiology annotations) using Python and SQL for model training pipelines.
Support A/B testing of AI interventions in live clinical workflows and document performance metrics (accuracy, recall, F1-score, AUC).
Collaborate with clinicians to translate medical hypotheses into machine learning features and interpret model outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to documentation of model lineage, data provenance,
and compliance with healthcare AI governance frameworks (DigiHealth, NHA).
Monitor model drift in production environments and assist in retraining cycles using feedback loops from frontline healthcare staff.
