Job Summary
We are hiring for a full-time permanent role for a leading Banking Sector
As an Associate Outbound Voice, you will be responsible for cross-selling, lead generation, activation & customer retention primarily for Credit Cards and Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality leads.
Customer Support
Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
Product Promotion
Promote and sell banking products, with primary focus on Credit Cards and Insurance using a consultative, customer-first approach.
Target Achievement
Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Data & Reporting
Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
Market Feedback
Share customer insights and market feedback with product and marketing teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream - Mandatory
Age: 18 to 33 years
Experience: Freshers welcome. Candidates with 6+ months in BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service preferred
Skills: Valuable communication skills in English. Robust interpersonal skills and sales aptitude
Domain: Prior experience in Insurance sales will be given preference
Compensation & Perks: Fixed Salary*
Fresher ₹18,000/month
Experienced ₹26,000/month
Insurance Experience Up to ₹35,000/month
