Role & responsibilities
Assist in preparing concept, detailed, working, and GFC drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with building bye-laws and company standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams for design execution.
Support MEP, Projects, Purchase, and Sales teams with design requirements.
Provide site support and resolve design-related queries.
Maintain design documentation, drawings, and handover records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables as per project schedules.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch. preferred
6+ years of experience in residential real estate
Experience in multistore residential projects, working/GFC and sanction drawings
Knowledge of building bye-laws, approvals, and value engineering
Familiarity with Kolkata/Eastern India regulations is an added advantage
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
