Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Deduct and deposit TDS, and prepare TDS returns.
Assist in monthly payroll accounting and statutory reconciliations.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
M.Com.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Familiarity with payroll accounting and statutory compliances.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Accuracy of financial records and entries.
Timely completion of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
Timely bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
Accuracy of MIS reports and financial statements.
Compliance with statutory and company policies.
Audit readiness with minimal observations.
