Manage fuel supply by maintaining adequate inventory and coordinating timely deliveries.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, guidelines, and protocols to optimize system performance.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement fuel-saving initiatives to improve overall plant efficiency.
Maintenance
Execute preventive maintenance programs, scheduled inspections, and corrective maintenance for heaters and associated equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance, repairs, and spare replacement.
Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, work orders, and equipment service history.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations through regular audits and corrective actions.
Staff Management & Training
Supervise technicians responsible for operating and maintaining heaters and allied equipment.
Provide guidance, training, and continuous support to enhance team capability and performance.
Plan work schedules and allocate tasks based on operational priorities and workload.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all safety permits, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
Track and close safety audit observations within defined timelines.
Implement EHS guidelines and conduct activities in line with corporate standards.
Drive Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) practices while ensuring compliance with customer safety requirements.
Resource Management
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or system integrity.
Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, consumables, and fuel to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Manage site expenses within the approved budget.
