Job Purpose:

A Sales Manager manages an organization’s entire sales process and drives revenue growth by leading, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, quotas and goals.

Salary & Perks: Up to ₹50,000 per month including all perks.

Location: Patna, Bihar

Qualification & Experience

Graduation in Engineering (B.E. or B. Tech) or Graduate in science.

Experience in field sales, team management and P&L; handling.

Responsibilities Deliverable:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and meet company targets.
Analyse sales data, forecast revenue, and monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare sales budgets, monitor expenses, and report on sales performance to management.
Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.




Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Designing and implementing an end-to-end appraisal system.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Build and promote strong, long0lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Conduct regular sales trainings and performance reviews.
