What candidate will do

Understand business problems and convert them into AI / ML solutions.

Work with product, QA, and program teams to clarify requirements.

Design training approaches and ML pipelines for the given use cases.

Select the right model and algorithm for each problem.

Train, evaluate, and improve models using clear metrics.

Handle changing priorities. Pivot quickly when needed.

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in a simple way.

Support deployment and production readiness with the wider team.

What we are looking for:

Solid Python skills. Good grasp of core concepts and coding practices.

Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks in Python.

Practical knowledge of model types and methods.

Good judgement in choosing algorithms based on data and goals.





Solid understanding of statistics used in ML.

Experience in designing model training plans and experiments.

Ability to explain technical topics to non-ML stakeholders.

Solid ownership and execution mindset.

Comfortable working in agile teams and rapid cycles.

Positive to have

Knowledge of AWS services used for data and ML workloads.

Good knowledge in effective prompt engineering and vibe coding.

Web development to present the model outcomes as easy to interpret visualizations.

Understanding of CI / CD concepts for ML or software delivery.

Exposure to MLOps practices, monitoring, or model lifecycle management
