Qualifications
13 years of experience in product management, growth ops,



tech consulting, or a quick-scaling startup environment.
Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
Solid Data Fluency: Ability to read data, interpret user funnels, extract insights from raw numbers, and use data to tell a compelling story rather than just looking at dashboards.
Analytical Problem Solving: Competency in breaking down complex business problems into measurable, testable product hypotheses.
Project Governance: Proven capability in managing timelines, tracking deliverables across multi-functional teams, and ensuring project velocity.
Product Sense: Deep curiosity about user psychology, seamless user experiences (UX), and what makes digital products sticky.
