Design & Planning

· Prepares major design layouts, drawings, and specifications from concept through construction documentation

· Develops schematic designs, design development packages, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software

· Collaborates with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints

· Conducts site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning/code research

Project Management & Coordination

· Coordinates with Project Engineers and Site Engineers to integrate building systems and ensure constructability

· Manages project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

· Reviews and approves contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material selections





· Conducts site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

· Ensures all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, ADA requirements, and environmental regulations.

· Obtains necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.

Resolves design-related issues and RFIs (Requests for Information) during construction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
