Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Spine, Trauma & Arthroscopy

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing customer and distributor relationships for the Spine, Trauma, and Arthroscopy product portfolio within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop recent business with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.

Manage and support distributors in the assigned territory.

Conduct product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.

Provide OT support during surgeries when required.





Build solid relationships with orthopedic, ( spine, trauma, and sports medicine ) surgeons.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Ensure timely order execution, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Submit sales reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in orthopedic/medical device sales.

Knowledge of ( Spine, Trauma, and Arthroscopy ) products preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
