About Us

D Bond Architect – Construction & Interiors is a design and execution firm specializing in residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer who can handle projects from concept to execution while collaborating with clients, vendors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings, space planning, furniture layouts, working drawings, and detail drawings.
Create 3D models and presentation renders for client approvals.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and execution teams.
Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution support.
Resolve in office design and technical issues.
Ensure drawings are updated as per site conditions.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.
Maintain project timelines and support smooth project execution.




Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of SketchUp.
Experience with Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar rendering software is an advantage.
Knowledge of construction details and interior execution.
Understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience
2–5 Years of relevant experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
Ability to independently handle projects from design to execution.
Team player with problem-solving and coordination abilities.
