Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).
Track orders from development to final shipment.
Monitor production timelines and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the sampling, production, and quality teams.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Maintain ERP and merchandising records.
Follow up with factories for production updates.
Ensure on-time fabric and trim availability.
Check garment measurements, fit, and quality standards.
Communicate with the QA/QC team regarding inspections.
Prepare costing sheets and consumption calculations (basic knowledge).
Maintain order files, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment planning.
Resolve production and shipment issues.
Ensure buyer requirements and specifications are followed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
