Experienced professional with robust expertise in TPM & Lean Systems across FMCG & Process Industries. This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with positive expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership.

As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Creative Kaizen Mindset, and debottlenecking

• Continuous Improvement Lean Tools exposure like VSM, SMED, Kanban & 7 QC tools Digitalization &

• Low cost automation Process Optimization &

• Operational Excellence Root Cause Analysis &

• Problem Solving Production Planning &

• Workflow Optimization Plant Layout &

• Material Flow Improvement Conduct TPM SCM Reviews, MIS &

• KPI Reporting &

Educational Qualifications

Graduation or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field. Certification in Lean Systems & Six Sigma will be preferred.

Industry & Experience:

7+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or a similar process industry.
