Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable across retail stores, marketplaces, franchise, and B2B channels, ensuring accurate reconciliation, timely collections, and solid control over commercial transactions.
Reconcile collections across retail stores (cash, card, UPI, wallets) with POS and ERP systems
Track and follow up on outstanding receivables across all business channels
Manage marketplace settlements, identify discrepancies, and raise claims for short payments
Handle franchisee billing, invoicing, collections, and ledger reconciliation
Maintain accurate AR aging reports and MIS dashboards across channels
Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, and internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure correct pricing, margin structures, and commercial setups in ERP
Monitor SOR (Sale or Return) transactions including stock audits and reconciliations
Drive improvements in DSO and collection efficiency

Must-Have Skills Strong foundation in accounts receivable, reconciliation, and commercial finance with the ability to manage multiple business models (retail, marketplace, franchise). High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills are critical.
