Venxr is an AI-powered AdTech company building creative products for digital media planning and campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and OTT. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are passionate about Product Management, UI/UX, analytics, and solving business problems through technology.

Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

Prepare detailed test cases and perform product validation before releases.

Analyze product usage data and derive actionable insights to improve user experience.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

Track feature performance after launch and recommend enhancements.

Maintain product documentation, release notes,



and process documentation.

Requirements Hands-on experience with Figma and strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think logically and work in a structured manner.

Solid ownership mindset and willingness to learn.

Interest in Product Management, AI, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or SaaS products.

Good To Have

Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or analytics tools.

Participation in hackathons, product competitions, or personal projects.
