Experience & Domain Knowledge
Strong travel domain knowledge with in depth ATPCO Fare Filing experience.
Minimum 5+ years of training experience on Fare Filing and GDS.
Proven experience in current hire training and OJT coaching.
Skills & Competencies
Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans.
Positive knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Excellent coaching, feedback, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
Robust analytical and planning abilities
Qualification : -
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.
