Accounts Specialist

Location: Dehradun (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, deadline-driven, and capable of ensuring accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
Manage TDS compliance, deductions, and return filings.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and resolve audit queries.
Manage Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with HR for payroll preparation and timely salary processing.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.




Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting.

Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance.
CA Inter or CMA Inter is an added advantage.

Experience
1-2years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel is preferred.
