Role Description

This is a full time, in office position located in Nagpur for the role of Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and assisting in achieving sales targets.



Additional responsibilities include market research, managing customer inquiries, and providing tailored property solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills to effectively drive results and close deals
Client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Market research and analytical skills to identify customer needs and trends
Ability to create and deliver polished presentations effectively
Professionalism, punctuality, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
