Role Description The AI-ML Instructor will design and deliver engaging, industry-relevant courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to learners preparing for tech careers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating instructional materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and providing hands-on guidance with projects, coding exercises, and problem-solving.

The instructor will assess learner performance, offer constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.



Collaboration with other trainers and curriculum teams to update content based on emerging trends in AI/ML is expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Teaching, Training, and Education skills for technology-focused classrooms.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and curriculum design skills to structure AI-ML learning paths.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explicit instruction, mentoring, and learner engagement.
Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, model evaluation, and practical applications.
Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Experience delivering instructor-led sessions, workshops, or bootcamps in technical domains.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to create hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and assessments aligned with placement goals.
Comfort working in a rapid-paced, student-centered environment with a focus on outcomes and employability.
