Role Description The Animator at Bose Works will create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual sequences for social media, short films, and other digital content. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, collaborating with directors and writers to interpret creative concepts, and translating ideas into polished animated assets.

The role involves working with motion capture data, refining character movements, and ensuring consistency in style and visual storytelling across projects. The Animator will participate in production reviews, incorporate feedback,



and coordinate with editors and designers to deliver on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications
Solid Animation skills, including character animation and environment animation, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar).
Experience with Storyboarding and visual development to plan narratives, scenes, and camera movements.
Ability to work with Motion Capture workflows, including interpreting and cleaning motion data for use in animation projects.
Proficiency in Motion Graphics for digital publishing, social media content, and short-form video production.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, production, and technical teams.
Relevant education or training in Animation, Media Arts, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Familiarity with current trends in digital media, social platforms, and cinematic storytelling; experience in film or digital content production is a plus.
