Role Description This is a full time, on-site Assistant role based in Vapi. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including handling documentation, organizing files, and maintaining records related to pharmaceutical activities.
The role involves coordinating with different teams, managing schedules, and assisting with communication between internal departments and external partners. The Assistant will also help prepare reports, support basic data entry tasks,
and ensure that administrative processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management and record-keeping.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and ability to learn internal systems.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow structured procedures in a regulated environment.
Ability to work in office in Vapi, manage time effectively, and support multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Prior experience in an office or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
