Job Title: Sr. Manager/AGM Coffee Business

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the finance function for the Coffee Business. The role will be responsible for financial planning, MIS reporting, profitability analysis, export finance, compliance, working capital management, inventory control, and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall finance operations including accounting, compliance, and reporting.
Prepare P&L; analysis, MIS reports, and margin analysis for business performance review.
Monitor export finance, documentation, GST, RBI, and regulatory compliance.
Manage inventory valuation, working capital, and cash flow.
Analyze commodity price movements, hedging, forward contracts, and MTM impact.
Provide financial insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
Solid knowledge of exports and commodity-based businesses (coffee, tea, spices, agriculture products, etc.).
Experience in financial analysis, business partnering, and risk management.
Ability to work with senior management and drive finance initiatives.
