Position Area Sales Officer

Location Dhanbad & Dumka

Role Description:

The Area Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhanbad. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Tata Tiscon TMT Bars by developing new dealers, maintaining existing dealer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, monitoring market activities, and ensuring excellent customer service within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct daily visits to dealers, retailers, contractors, and project sites.
Develop and appoint new dealers and expand market coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Generate recent business prospects and increase product penetration.




Promote Tata Tiscon and UltraTech products in the assigned territory.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely product delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), visit reports, and sales forecasts.
Maintain all sales activities through the company's digital sales application/CRM.
Ensure proper stock availability at dealer locations.
Participate in promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and marketing activities.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline .
B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Building Materials, TMT Steel, Cement, Construction Material.
Fresh Civil Engineering graduates with positive communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Candidates with dealer/distributor sales experience will be preferred.
