You'll grow along a clearly defined career ladder, and you'll own the delivery of complex, multi-country AI programmes for enterprise and frontier clients.
THE ROLE
You'll lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects — planning, cross-functional teams, client communication,
quality and timelines — and be accountable for operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects — planning, execution and closure.
Manage cross-functional teams across talent, participant and data operations.
Own client communication, status reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Drive project planning, timelines, quality and operational excellence.
Manage risks, KPIs and delivery metrics.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2–5 years in project / program management, ideally in AI, data, BPO or operations delivery.
Proven end-to-end project delivery and team leadership.
Solid client communication and stakeholder management.
Risk management and KPI ownership.
Experience with AI/data projects a robust plus.
