Role & responsibilities
Identify and automate repetitive business processes across production, quality, supply chain, and other departments.
Develop, test, and deploy AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Integrate AI and automation tools with ERP, MES, and other business systems.
Analyze production and operational data to identify improvement prospects.
Support computer vision and AI-based quality inspection initiatives.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI models and automated workflows.
Create dashboards, reports, and automation solutions for business insights.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across automation projects.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, IT, and business teams on digital transformation initiatives.
Train employees on AI tools and automation best practices.





Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, AI, Mechanical, Electronics) or relevant degree.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI, Claude, Perplexity, or Microsoft Copilot.
Understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and ERP integration.
Knowledge of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or dashboard development is preferred.
Valuable communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Manufacturing or industrial automation experience will be an added advantage.
