Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Coordinate trial classes and support the admission process.
Build robust relationships with parents and ensure excellent customer service.
Identify opportunities for upselling relevant education programs.
Generate referrals and maintain high parent satisfaction.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
Knowledge of CRM and lead management.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Study Abroad Counselling, Academic Counselling, or Customer Success.
Exposure to Cambridge, IB, Edexcel, AP, SAT, or IELTS programs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,520.54 - ₹37,571.79 per month
