We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Manager to onboard current Sub-Brokers/IFA/Agents and Direct Clients for Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other Financial Products.

Target driven role with high incentive potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Sub-Broker & Channel Acquisition
Identify and onboard new Sub-Brokers, CA, CA Firms, Insurance Agents, Loan Agents in assigned territory
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product training for potential partners
Complete AMFI/NISM registration support and KRAs for current partners
Achieve monthly target of recent sub-broker acquisitions
Financial Product Sales
Directly acquire HNI and Retail clients for *MF, Demat, PMS, Insurance.
Cross-sell existing products to channel partners' client base




Do financial planning meetings and portfolio reviews
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with CA, CS, Lawyers, Builders, Business Associations
Conduct Financial Literacy camps, MF awareness camps, and Partner meets
Work with Marketing team for local promotions and lead generation
Target & Reporting
Achieve monthly targets for: New Sub-Brokers, AUM, SIP, Insurance Premium
Maintain CRM, daily activity report, and pipeline
Coordinate with Back office for payout, documentation, and compliance
