We’re looking for an Assistant Social Media Manager to join our growing team and help manage multiple social media accounts across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage daily social media posting and ensure content goes live as per the content calendar.
Stay updated with social media algorithms, platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Monitor post performance and provide basic insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
Attend live events, campaigns,



and on-ground activations with the team to support real-time social media coverage and content publishing.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, and other social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with solid attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a rapid-paced setting.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Bonus Skills
Experience working with the government sector.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing.
