Role Description The Ai & Robotics Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in artificial intelligence, robotics, and related STEM concepts for learners in an in office setting in New Delhi. This full-time role involves developing curricula, preparing teaching materials, organizing practical labs and hands-on projects, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The teacher will guide students in using robotics kits, coding tools, and AI platforms, while ensuring safety and responsible use of technology.

Day-to-day tasks include mentoring learners, collaborating with colleagues to improve course content, tracking attendance and performance, and communicating with parents or guardians as needed. The role also includes staying current with developments in AI and robotics and integrating current tools, trends, and best practices into the teaching program.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals, machine learning concepts, and practical applications in robotics that a candidate should possess.





Proficiency with programming languages and tools used in robotics and AI (such as Python, C/C++, Arduino, or similar platforms) that a candidate should possess.

Experience designing and delivering STEM or technology-focused curricula, with the ability to adapt content to different learning levels that a candidate should possess.

Skills in classroom management, learner engagement, and transparent communication of complex technical topics that a candidate should possess.

Ability to conduct hands-on workshops, supervise lab activities, and ensure protected use of robotics hardware and related equipment that a candidate should possess.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in STEM, coding, AI, or robotics is highly beneficial.

Comfort working with diverse learners, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to continuously update skills in line with emerging technologies.
