Role Description The Assistant Manager Recovery is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees recovery and collections processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments from clients, partners, and stakeholders. The individual manages daily recovery operations, tracks and analyzes recovery performance, prepares reports, and coordinates with internal teams such as finance, sales, and customer support to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include implementing recovery strategies, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audits, and adhering to company policies, legal guidelines, and compliance standards. The role also involves mentoring team members,



addressing escalations professionally, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and cash flow. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong recovery, collections, and accounts receivable management skills.

Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and the use of spreadsheets or recovery management tools.

Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management.

Candidates should possess skills in documentation, attention to detail, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Relevant skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving are highly beneficial.

Prior experience in recovery or collections, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or financial services, is an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
