We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Assistant Manager to join our team.
The role holder will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing the Company's business continuity program.
The role holder will support all business plan activities necessary to enable the Organization to manage a crisis event, lead and co-ordinate Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management activities across Vizag & Hyderabad in order to meet the organization compliance requirements for BCP planning. Key Responsibilities.
Ensure adherence to the BCM framework for existing / recent clients.
Ensure site / client level activities are conducted in line with the scheduled calendar.
Ensure timely reports are shared with the respective stakeholders.
Respond to RFI/RFP from a Business continuity perspective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical business functions and systems.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels and protocols to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information during a crisis or disruption.
Own and drive the Incident Management process and send timely communication.
Liaise directly with internal / external auditors.
Liaise with business to deliver on client requirements including BC Plan review, update, and testing.
Conduct contract compliance review (Existing / New) clients.
Conduct regular exercises and simulations to assess the effectiveness of business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations, systems, and infrastructure.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all activities included in the BCM framework.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during a crisis or disruption, providing guidance and support.
