Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction or real estate accounting, robust knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records, journals, ledgers, and vouchers.

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

· Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank transactions.

· Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

· Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances with charted accountant teams.

· Verify monthly MIS reports, and financial statements.

· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.

· Maintain fixed asset registers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

· Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com) (Mandatory).

· M.Com or CA Inter preferred.

· 3–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in construction or residential real estate accounting.

· Knowledge of project-wise accounting and cost tracking.

· Familiarity with RERA-related accounting and customer collections.

· Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

· High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Employment Details

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday

· Gender Preference: Male or Female (Selection based on merit and experience)

Compensation

Salary: ₹ 40,000–₹50,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
