About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant HR to support our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.

Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee data management.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Support performance management and learning & development activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.





Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.

Required Qualifications Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC or corporate environment.

Positive understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
