About the Role HCC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team for ongoing Indus Towers Telecom Infrastructure Projects . The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating field operations, ensuring quality execution, and supporting timely completion of telecom site upgradation works. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between technicians, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise civil and electrical works related to telecom site upgradation and infrastructure development. Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and client requirements. Identify execution challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. Track material availability, manpower deployment, and work progress at project sites.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones to achieve timely completion. Attend client meetings and support project reporting whenever required.



Report directly to the Project Manager / Telecom Execution Head or any other authority designated by HCC Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline. 1–4 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, tower projects, EPC, or civil/electrical site execution.

Experience with Indus Towers, telecom operators, or infrastructure companies will be preferred. Good understanding of civil works, electrical installations, and site coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation. Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites (Occasional) .
