We’re Hiring: Research Associate (Podcast) We’re looking for a Research Associate who loves asking questions, digging deep, and uncovering insights that others miss. Your job is to ensure every podcast is backed by exceptional research—from understanding the guest’s background to preparing unique conversation angles and fact-checked briefing documents. What You’ll Do ● Conduct in-depth research on guests and podcast topics. ● Prepare detailed briefing documents before every podcast. ● Watch previous interviews to identify repeated and unexplored questions. ● Verify facts, statistics, and claims from reliable sources. ● Suggest unique conversation angles, stories, and follow-up questions. ● Research current affairs and trending topics relevant to upcoming episodes.



● Work closely with the founder and content team during pre-production.

We’re Looking For Someone Who ● Has 1–2 years of experience in research, journalism, media, consulting, or a similar field. ● Has excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. ● Can simplify complex topics into transparent, actionable insights. ● Is naturally curious and enjoys reading, learning, and asking better questions. ● Pays close attention to detail and values accuracy.
