About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll, banking activities, and project-related financial coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on collections.
Process vendor payments after verifying bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and handle banking transactions.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting.
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions.




Maintain proper financial documentation and assist during internal and external audits.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, consultants, and management on financial matters.
Handle material procurement-related payments, cash/cheque deposits, fee submissions, and other banking activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com or equivalent qualification is preferred.
25 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and Banking Operations.
Experience in handling statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
