Full time/Part time/Contract Position Overview The Trainee – Corporate Tax will play a key role in supporting Baker Tilly’s mission to deliver exceptional client service and strategic insights. This position involves assisting clients on corporate and international tax matters, including tax advisory, DTAA implications, digital tax, cross-border transactions, Income-tax and FEMA analysis, evaluating jurisprudence, and handling tax controversy and litigation matters as part of the International Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

· Undertaking detailed and complete research work on the work assigned, drafting the preliminary deliverable based on research. · Assisting in preparation of computation of income, tax return,



and related work papers · Assisting in drafting of submissions, working files and annexures for assessment matters · Coordinating with Seniors on the planning and management of the assignments Assisting managers in providing timely and high-quality services Desired Skills: · Basic understanding of financial statements · Basic analytical skills and high attention to detail · Organized and structured at work with high commitment levels · Ability to handle pressure and meet the internal deadlines · Proper management of work papers · Overall a pleasing personality Qualification: · IPCC both group cleared candidate. · B.com pass-out and completed
