Student Counselling
Understand students' educational background, career interests, skills and career objectives.
Counsel students and parents on suitable EduCADD courses and career pathways.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, projects, placement assistance and career opportunities.
Recommend appropriate programmes based on the student's requirements and career goals.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and course presentations.
Enquiry & Lead Management
Handle enquiries received through walk-ins, telephone, WhatsApp, website, social media and digital campaigns.
Respond promptly to current leads and ensure systematic follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, interactions and follow-up activities.
Ensure that no prospective student lead is left unattended.
Schedule counselling appointments, centre visits and course demonstrations.
Admission Conversion
Convert qualified enquiries into student enrolments through effective counselling and follow-up.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Handle objections related to fees, course selection, duration, competition and career prospects.
Explain available payment options and admission procedures.
Follow up with students until the admission is successfully completed.




Follow-Up & Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Reconnect with old, inactive and deferred enquiries.
Build solid relationships with students to improve conversion and referrals.
Maintain a qualified and positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
Centre Coordination
Coordinate with the Centre Head, Faculty, Operations and Marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Arrange demo classes, career guidance sessions and course presentations when required.
Coordinate documentation, fee collection and admission formalities.
Ensure students receive accurate information and a smooth onboarding experience.
CRM & Reporting
Update all leads, follow-ups, counselling status and admissions in the CRM/ERP on a daily basis.
Maintain daily and weekly admission reports.
Track lead source, counselling status, conversion ratio and pending follow-ups.
Share daily activity reports with the Centre Head.
Maintain accurate records of admissions, cancellations and deferred admissions.

Pay: ₹25,512.89 - ₹27,555.55 per month
