Architects – Requirements:

Portfolio in Residential / Villas / Townships / Commercial (1 lakh+ sq. ft.)

Focus on Concept Designing & Working Drawings only

5–9 years of experience

Interior Designers – Requirements:

Portfolio in Villas, Residential, Hotels (1 lakh+ sq. ft.)

Robust concept design, material understanding, modernistic and fresh ideas

5–8 years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities (Architects & Interior Designers):

Coordinate with project managers/consultants to meet design, execution, and sustainability goals.

Guide teams in line with firm’s design philosophy.

Resolve technical/design challenges with innovative thinking.





Review drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.

Conduct site visits, document reviews, and address RFIs.

Assist in client presentations and design reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture or interior design.

Solid conceptualisation and execution skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and advanced design software.

Knowledge of sustainability standards (GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/WELL).

Attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and meet deadlines.

Positive team engagement and leadership skills.
