Experience: 1+ Years (Education Sales / Admission Counseling Preferred) Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi ## About the Role Badreesh Vidyapeeth Foundation is looking for an experienced and target-driven Admission Counselor / Sales Executive to guide prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and achieve monthly admission targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills with experience in the education industry. ## Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other marketing channels.
Follow up with prospective students until admission is completed.
Convert leads into admissions while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Resolve student queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth enrollment.
Generate referrals and maintain long-term relationships with students.
Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and admissions. ## Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counseling or Education Sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Valuable negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
