Role & responsibilities:
Manage operation and maintenance of plant utility systems including Boilers, HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, WTP, RO, and DM Plants.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities to support manufacturing operations.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, ISO, and statutory requirements.
Manage utility manpower, contractors, budgets, inventories, and critical spares.
Monitor utility KPIs, prepare reports, and lead utility-related projects and expansions.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Preferred candidate profile:




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in Utility Operations within Pharmaceutical, API, Chemical, Biotech, or Process Manufacturing industries.
Robust knowledge of Boilers, HVAC, Chillers, Compressed Air Systems, Water Treatment Systems, and Utility Distribution Networks.
Experience in maintenance planning, energy management, project execution, and team leadership.
Familiarity with GMP, EHS, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
