Preparation of succeeding month audit plan and sharing the tentative audit schedule with the HO Team and his team on the set date and get the plan executed through the team of internal auditors in his state on the basis of the tentative schedule.
Manpower planning for the state in coordination with the HR team at the time of requirement.
Monitor all the internal auditors deputed in the field through daily movement tracking and consolidate audit status of his satate need to be sent to the HO Team on the set date.
Responsible to conduct Region office/state office audit along with their team members on a quarterly basis or halfyearly.
Reviewing each branch /region/State audit report sent from his state and ensuring that there must be no discrepancies in their report.




Manager will be responsible for assuring that the audit reports of their state are free from any manual errors and they adhere to the formats specified from time to time.
Conducting one branch surprise visit on weekly basis to ensure and check the smooth functioning of business as per process and policy.
Prepare and update the compliance status on weekly basis and need to share it with the HO team on timely basis.
Consolidation of high risk observation and centre attendance report of their zone on monthly basis and share it with the HO team on timely basis.
Visit of other MFI office.
